Policy

To ensure the best experience for every client, please take a moment to review my studio policies before your appointment. Should you have any questions or require clarification on any aspect of our policies, our dedicated team is always here to assist you. Thank you for choosing Orquidea Beauty Bar.

Booking

  • Appointments can be booked up to one month in advance.

  • No deposit is required at this time.

  • Please ensure all forms are filled out completely prior to your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • I kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No fees are charged for cancellations at this time, but repeated last-minute changes may result in a required deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

  • After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled to ensure each client receives the full care and attention they deserve, without feeling rushed

Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Skincare products sold in-studio are subject to the return and exchange policies of the brand or manufacturer.

Before your Appointment

  • Clients may arrive with clean skin, but it is not required.

  • No pets allowed

  • Please avoid bringing children for safety reasons.

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and parental consent is required for any services performed on minors. 

  • Only one guest may accompany you to your appointment.

Health & Safety

  • If you are taking medications or have any health conditions that could affect your service, please disclose them on the intake form. This allows me to safely adjust or pivot your treatment if necessary.

  • We do not currently have COVID-specific policies in place, but standard sanitation practices are always followed for your safety.

Virtual Consultations

  • Consultations are conducted via Google Meet

  • To get the most out of your session, please be in a well-lit space and have your current skincare products nearby. Clean, makeup-free skin is preferred but not required.

  • An intake form must be completed prior to your consultation. This allows me to tailor my recommendations to your skin’s unique needs, and assess if any conditions or products require service adjustments.

  • Virtual appointments follow the same 12-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

  • You will receive a customized skincare routine, treatment suggestions, and product recommendations after your consultation. A follow-up check-in may be offered, depending on your skin goals and needs.

  • Virtual consultations are available to clients 18 years and older only. Corrective skincare is not recommended for minors as it can be too abrasive.
