Payment

To secure and confirm your appointment, we kindly request to save your credit/debit card to your account when booking. This ensures that your spot is reserved and reflects our commitment to providing personalized and timely services to all our clients.

Please be aware that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum 24-hour notice.

All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us with any questions.

Appointment

We strive to provide exceptional service to all of our guests, and punctuality is a key element of ensuring a smooth and timely experience for everyone. Therefore, we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointments.

Please be advised that if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, it will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it allows us to maintain an efficient schedule for the benefit of all our clients.

In order to maintain the integrity of our spa and uphold the well-being of everyone involved, we reserve the right to blacklist individuals who engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior. Grounds to blacklisting include any behavior deemed inappropriate, violating spa policies, intentional or negligent damage to spa property, equipment, or facility, failure to make payments for services or products, disregard for common courtesy and spa etiquette, such as loud or disruptive behavior in shared areas.

Patch Test

At Orquidea Beauty Bar, your safety and well-being is essential. Therefore, for your comfort and to ensure a worry-free experience, we kindly request that all clients interested in booking a brow tint undergo a mandatory patch test 48 hours before. This simple yet crucial step allows us to assess potential sensitivities and ensures that the products we use during tinting are suitable for your skin.

To schedule your patch test, please book our free "hybrid tint patch test" on our scheduling site. Once the patch test is completed and any potential reactions are assessed, you'll be ready to indulge in the transformative beauty of our brow and lash tinting services.
